Vendor bills from every invoice

Approved invoices are exported to NetSuite as vendor bills with totals, tax and due dates filled in, and the original PDF attached.

Vendor and account matching

CostCrunch matches invoice suppliers to your NetSuite vendors and maps spend to your GL accounts. Set a mapping once and later invoices follow it.

  • Match suppliers to NetSuite vendors
  • Map spend to GL accounts
  • Works with OneWorld subsidiaries

Token-based connection

NetSuite connects with token-based authentication. Your NetSuite admin creates an access token (or installs the Apideck connectivity bundle) and enters it once.
