Scope: The job will be divided in 3 different steps: Step 1 - supply and install custom duct to the new unit; Step 2 - install fresh air intake, roof opening and patch the same day; Step 3 - install transition duct from existing to manufacturing unit. Price includes: design and planning of duct; fabrication of duct work (speed up processing to commit completion date December 9); delivery of custom duct work (track delivery); install all duct as needed (scissors supplied by customer); all duct to be sealed with mastic rubber as required to prevent air leakage; rubber seal all trunks and screw to avoid condensation; provide and install separate fresh air intake for each outlet as required by engineer; cut out 24 by 24 inch roof opening for 2 intake ducts (cannot be combined into heater unit); install Flash Air special duct with 90 elbow and aluminum net to prevent water and elements from entering the building; seal the roof with high quality rubber seal for flat roof; translate and seal existing duct to outlet of unit.
